Red Paint Can Fun: Hello Kitty Paints a Birdhouse

Hello Kitty kneels beside a paint can labeled RED, holding a paintbrush in one hand and resting the other on the can's lid. She wears overalls with round buttons, and a bow with a little knot sits on her head. A small chick stands on one thin leg in front of her, looking toward the brush. On the right is a bird house with a pyramid-shaped roof made of horizontal bands, a round entrance hole, and the words BIRD HOUSE curved above it. The side wall has a separate panel on the right. Since the can says red, kids can color the bird house red to match, then pick their own shades for the bow, overalls, and chick. It also works well for a quick lesson on reading color words, and the free printable fits easily on one sheet of paper.
