I Spy Coronavirus COVID-19 Icon Search Sheet

A banner reading I SPY coronavirus COVID-19 sits above a box packed with small outline icons. You can find face masks, rolls of toilet paper, spray bottles, soap pump bottles, lungs, test tubes, shopping carts, cruise ships, airplanes, and virus shapes. There are also washing hands, a hand under a running faucet, a person coughing, people standing apart, a family inside a house, a person in bed, and a crossed-out handshake. Some icons show the word CANCELED, and others show the words coronavirus or COVID-19. A key at the bottom lists each icon with a number, so kids count how many of each they can spot. Try this: give each child a pencil and have them tick off every icon type as they count, then color the counted ones in a matching color, such as blue for all the masks. It also works as a calm conversation starter about handwashing and staying home when sick. Print as many copies as you need for a classroom or a quiet afternoon at home.
