I Spy With My Little Eye: Pony, Frog and Lighthouse

Coloring guide
A big square frame is packed with small black-and-white pictures, from a pony, a frog, and a butterfly to a sailboat, a lighthouse, and a little house. You can also spot a jar of jam, a smiling sun, a fish in a bowl, a pig, a crow, a king with a beard, and a toy train. Along the bottom is a word list with fifteen words to hunt for: cat, jam, top, bee, frog, ball, bell, cup, fish, star, sun, pig, moon, doll, and fly. Kids can read each word, find the matching picture, and color it in a special color so it stands out. It works well as a quiet reading warm-up for early readers, since every word is short and has a clear picture to match. This printable page also gives little ones plenty of tiny shapes to color with markers or crayons.
