Iron Man Diving Through the Air in Avengers Armor

A armored hero is drawn flying through the air, seen from above and slightly in front, with his legs stretched out behind him and his feet pointing toward the top of the page. The helmet is rounded with angular eye slits and a faceplate outlined with clean panel lines. Both arms reach forward with big rounded shoulder and forearm plates, and the gloved fists are clenched, with the fingers clearly shaped. The legs show ridged panels on the thighs and calves, and the chest and waist have simple armor sections. Because the outlines are bold and the shapes are large, it works well for younger kids. Try red and gold for the classic look, then use a lighter shade on the chest and shoulders to show where the light hits. A free printable like this also makes a nice starting point for a quick lesson on drawing perspective.
