Jesus Sitting Surrounded by Smiling Children

A bearded man with long wavy hair sits in the middle of the page, wearing a robe with a long draped sash and a wrapped belt. Five children gather around him and all look up at his face. One child sits on his lap with a heart on the shirt, and a small child at the front holds onto his robe. A girl on the left wears a headband and a braid, and a taller child stands behind with a tunic showing two tablets. A boy on the right rests a hand on his shoulder. Their clothes have small pictures on them, like a dove with a branch, praying hands, and a tree. Try giving each child's outfit its own color so the little pictures stand out, then ask kids what they think each symbol might mean. This printable page works well for Sunday School or quiet time at home.
