A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big frosting swirls: fill the middle blue swirl with sky blue, and the lower frosting and its wavy edge with lavender purple.
- 2Color the cupcake liner in baby pink, and fill the thin vertical strips on both sides with teal.
- 3Fill the top pink swirl under the cherry with baby pink, and color the cherry cherry red, leaving a small white shine on it. Make the stem leaf green.
- 4Add the cute details: bright pink hearts and dots, lemon yellow stars and hearts, and a tangerine orange dot on the frosting. Use a dusty blue touch for the small dot.
- 5Finish the face with cherry red for the smile and baby pink cheeks, keeping the eye shines and the white polka dots on the liner white.
