Capped Kid Runs From a Tumbling Round Robot

A young person in a floppy cap runs across the page with both fists clenched and mouth open, glancing back as if something just went wrong. Beside them a round-bodied robot with riveted, segmented arms and legs tumbles across the floor, one hand raised in the air. The scene is drawn from a low angle. A big slatted structure with shuttered panels hangs overhead, and a small goggled figure watches from a ledge in the top right corner. The long lines and wide open spaces make this a good free printable for kids who like action scenes. Try metallic grays and blues for the robot, then a warm color for the runner's clothes so they stand out. You could also ask your child to tell the story of what happens next.
