Lady in Big Hat and Feather Boa

A slim cartoon woman strikes a dressy pose with her eyes closed and a happy smile. She wears a huge wide-brimmed hat decorated with a big feather plume and a cluster of flowers. A long, fluffy feather boa drapes around her neck and trails nearly to the ground on both sides. Her dress has small dots and a few four-point sparkle stars. She wears a bracelet, one hand rests on her hip, the other is raised behind her head, and she has pointed high-heeled shoes on her feet. The big fluffy boa and hat give lots of space for texture. Try colored pencils with light, short strokes on the boa to make it look soft, then pick a bold color for the hat and shiny gold or silver for the sparkles. It's a fun free printable for fashion-loving kids.
