Lagoona Blue Monster High Curls and Fishnets

Lagoona Blue stretches both arms out with her webbed hands raised, her mouth open in a cheerful smile. Her long bouncy curls take up much of the page, topped with a patterned headscarf and a flower. She wears a layered jacket, a chunky beaded necklace, stacked bracelets, a striped knit top and short shorts, with fishnet tights on one leg. Fin-like frills flare out near her calves, and tall platform shoes with striped soles finish the look. There's no background, so the outfit and all those swirly curls are the focus. Ocean shades such as teal, aqua and sea green would suit the hair and fins, and a coral or pink flower could brighten the headscarf. It's a free printable for your growing collection.
