A small brick-built helicopter swoops across the page with a minifigure pilot seated in the clear cockpit. Two long flat bricks with studs make a cross shape for the rotor, and a big swirly oval shows the blades spinning, with a tapering trail of rings stretching off to the right. A thick ribbed hose runs along the side of the helicopter to a nozzle at the front, where drops and splashes of water shoot out. Inside the cockpit you can spot a control panel with little dials and buttons. This one is good for practicing color choices with bricks, so try red and yellow for the rotor, light blue for the water, and gray for the hose. A free printable like this also works well for a quick lesson on how helicopters fly.
