1. 1Start with the big blue areas: color the jacket, both sleeves, and both trouser legs with royal blue, leaving the white shirt collar and pocket square white.
2. 2Fill the lower legs, shoes, shoe straps, belt, and the thin strip down the middle of the trousers with royal blue as well.
3. 3Color the face, both hands, and the neck with golden yellow, then add the belt's right side in the same yellow.
4. 4Use chestnut brown for the hair, including the tall spiky top, the swoop, and the sideburn, and use light gray for the scarred half of the face.
5. 5Add bright red to the tie and its knot, and use a little light gray for the dark marks on the face.
