Letter D Is for Dog Alphabet Coloring Sheet
Coloring guide
A small fluffy puppy sits on its haunches with its head tipped up and one front paw raised, almost like it is waving or begging for a treat. It has big round eyes, floppy ears, a little tuft of hair on top of its head, and a curly tail with scruffy fur at the tip. Short fur marks are drawn on its chest, back leg, and cheek. Above the puppy, a large outlined capital D and lowercase d sit next to the words "D is for Dog," so the letters are ready to be colored in too. This free printable works well for preschool and kindergarten letter practice. Have kids color the big bubble letters in one bright color, then pick a different set of colors for the puppy. Ask them to say words that start with D as they work, like dog, digging, and dinner.
