Light Fury Glancing Back Over Her Shoulder

A slim dragon stands upright with its head turned to look over its shoulder. It has one large black eye, a ridged crest on top of the head, and a mouth that is slightly open with a few tiny teeth showing. Its front paws are tucked close to its chest, each with small dark claws. One wing stretches out wide to the left, and the other rises tall behind the body on the right. Long lines run through both wings like ribs. The tail sweeps down and curls into a big loop at the bottom of the page. This looks like the Light Fury from How to Train Your Dragon. The large wing panels are good for practicing smooth shading. Try pale blues, silvers and lilacs, then blend them with soft pencil strokes. The black eye and claws are already solid, so you can leave them as they are.
