LOL Surprise OMG Doll with Bob Haircut and Tiered Dress

A big-eyed fashion doll stands with her arms held out a little to each side and her feet apart. She has a short bob with straight bangs, and the hair is drawn with lots of long lines that are fun to fill in. Her eyelashes are thick and her lips are slightly open. She wears a dress with puffed sleeves, a high collar with a center strip, a belted waist, and a skirt with two ruffled tiers. Her gloves stop below the elbow. She also has tall platform booties with cuffs at the ankle and chunky beaded-looking heels. Try coloring the hair in two or three shades, then pick a contrasting color for each skirt tier so the layers stand out. The free printable also works well for talking about patterns, since the heels and ruffles can get stripes or dots.
