Magikarp Splash Pokémon Coloring Page
Coloring guide
Magikarp bursts out of the pond in a big splash on this free printable. The fish has a wide round body, a spiky crown-like fin on its head, one big open eye and two long whiskers. Its large ribbed tail fin and side fin are spread wide, and its mouth hangs open. A big burst of water rises beneath it, with ripples on the surface and droplets flying out on both sides. Two lily pads float at the bottom, and there's a cluster of cattails on the left and another on the right. Big shapes and bold lines make it a good choice for younger kids. Orange-red on the body, yellow for the whiskers and fins, and a few shades of blue for the splash and ripples would look nice. Fans of Pokémon coloring pages often like Five Nights at Freddy's and SpongeBob SquarePants as well.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the fish body and the lower spiky fin using bright orange, leaving the eye white untouched.
- 2Fill the cattails and the reeds on both sides with brown for the heads and dark green for the leaves, then color the grass blades light green.
- 3Color the big fins, crown, and tail with lemon yellow, and add warm orange to the lower belly and the small fin tips.
- 4Use sky blue for the water drops and splash drops, and color the lily pads and puddles light green.
- 5Fill the open mouth with coral pink and dark red, and color the golden yellow touches on the gills.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker orange along the edges of the body for a bit of depth, and keep the eye white and the small grass gaps white for sparkle.
