Malachite from Steven Universe, Crouched Ready to Pounce

A grinning Gem character crouches low with both fists raised, as if ready to pounce. The hair is huge, wavy and pointed, and it frames a face with a dark band across the eyes, a small diamond-shaped gem on the nose bridge and a wide mouth full of sharp teeth. This looks like Malachite from Steven Universe. She wears a crisscross strapped top and a paneled skirt, and her legs have wrapped bands with bare feet planted on the ground. The big open areas in the hair and body are easy for small crayons. Try coloring the hair and skin in two contrasting shades, then leave the dark eye band bold so the grin stands out. Older kids can shade the skirt panels one at a time. It is a free printable that works well for a rainy afternoon.
