Gem-Headed SuperZings Hero Crouching to Pounce
Coloring guide
This little masked hero has a big faceted gemstone for a head and crouches low like it is about to pounce. A small diamond symbol sits on the front of the gem, and a pointed mask with large, curious eyes wraps around the face. He grins with gritted teeth, one hand stretched out to the side and the other tucked close to the body. A cape flows behind him and a belt with a little buckle sits at his waist. Bold, clean outlines and big open shapes help younger kids stay inside the lines. Icy blue or deep purple would look sparkly on the gem, with something bright and different on the mask and cape. Print it free for a classroom project or weekend craft. Add this to your SuperZings coloring page collection, alongside Shoppies Dolls and Naruto.
A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.
- bright red
- golden yellow
- sky blue
- peach skin
- navy blue
- aqua blue
- pale gold
- butter yellow
A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the large red areas: the top crest, the face mask, the raised hand, and the right glove using bright red, leaving the big eye whites and the pupils empty.
- 2Fill the golden yellow panels on the crest, the forearm sleeve, the lower shin and the left foot and knee areas with golden yellow.
- 3Color the blue body parts: the chest, the front thigh, the right elbow area and the right knee band with sky blue, and the hip shadow with navy blue.
- 4Add peach skin to the jaw, cheeks and nose, then add the pale gold on the right hip and hand tip.
- 5Finish with the aqua blue gem sparkle on the crest, the butter yellow belt buckle, and the teeth and small mouth highlight left white.
- 6Optional: Add a few light strokes of a darker shade along the edges of the red areas for a bit of depth.
