Mickey Mouse and Pluto Riding a Cable Car

Mickey Mouse and Pluto ride together in a small round gondola that hangs from a cable. A pulley with a short rope connects the cable to a wide, flat, saucer-shaped roof over their heads. Mickey leans on the rim of the basket with a big smile and one hand raised in a wave. Pluto stands next to him with both front paws over the edge, his long ears hanging down and his tail curling out behind. The basket has a few metal rings and handles along its sides, plus curved lines at the bottom that suggest a shiny surface. Mickey's ears and gloves give you big areas to color. Try making the gondola a bright, bold color and shading the roof a different one. Then ask your child to imagine what they would see from way up on the cable. This free printable works well for kids who like larger shapes and a few small details.
