Nemo from Finding Nemo is upside down in a large open hand on this page, with water dripping off his body to the surface below. A second hand comes in from the top holding a loop-handled tool that looks like scissors, right next to the little fish. Nemo has wide eyes, a small tail fin and his stripes. Behind him you'll see bold lines of clothing, including a strap with a buckle. Big shapes and thick outlines make it good for kids who like clear areas to fill in. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big fabric areas: color the green pants and shirt sections with olive green, leaving the rope loops and fish jaw white.
- 2Fill the grey background band and the pants lower sections with light gray, and add the sunny yellow tint to the fish head.
- 3Color the hand and fingers with peach, using light peach for the thumb and the palm highlight area.
- 4Add the golden yellow fins and spikes on the fish, then use dark olive for the fish eye socket and cheek shading.
- 5Paint the blue water drip near the bottom of the hand with sky blue, and color the orange sleeve cuff with soft orange.
- 6Optional: Add a little extra shading with darker olive on the pants folds, and keep the eye whites, rope loops and drips white for a bright finish.
