Night Fury Crouched Low With Head Down

Coloring guide
A single dragon is drawn in clean outline, crouched low with its head down and its front legs bent forward. It has a rounded head with a large oval eye, small horns on top, and ear-like flaps behind the eye. One big wing is raised and swept back over the body, with pointed edges along the bottom, and a smaller wing sits just in front of it. The long tail curves out behind, ending in a fan of fin-like lines. The toes have small claws, and a few little wrinkle marks show on the head and neck. The shapes are big and open, so the page works well for younger kids using chunky crayons. Try a dark palette of charcoal and deep blue, then leave the eye bright so it stands out. This free printable also suits an art lesson on how a drawing shows weight and movement.
