A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big body areas: fill the head, muzzle, and both arms with violet purple, leaving the teeth and eye whites white.
- 2Fill the cheeks, jaw pieces, and both hands and forearms with violet purple, keeping the metal joints and wires for later.
- 3Color the small patches on the cheeks and the right side of the face with lavender purple to add some light variation.
- 4Use medium gray for the wrist gears and small hand details, and dark gray for the nose.
- 5Fill the open mouth and the dark shadow inside the jaw with jet black, leaving the teeth white.
