- 1Fill the cupcake wrapper at the bottom with pale butter yellow, keeping the tongue area for later.
- 2Color all the frosting swirls, the top peak, and the cream dollops with cream white, leaving the edges of the swirls as clean lines.
- 3Fill the three mint leaves with leaf green, leaving the white leaf veins untouched.
- 4Color the tongue and the NUM NOMS logo letters with bubblegum pink.
- 5Add warm orange to the small cream swirl at the bottom of the dollops and light apricot to the shaded frosting edge above the wrapper.
