A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the blue shelf and fences: fill the background panels and the shelf front with pale blue, leaving the bottom edge panels as they are.
- 2Color the bears and cupcake bodies in cream for the top bear and the bottom layers, and use warm tan for the ear on the middle bear and caramel brown for the bottom face.
- 3Add the pink frosting bands, drips and the pink awning scallops across the top, then fill the mint green band and the mint bear head.
- 4Fill the butter yellow and lilac layers, the sky blue polka dot cup and the waffle cone, keeping the whipped cream tops and zigzag awning white.
- 5Optional: Add the cherry red on the small cherry and the soft pink cheeks and cup liner last for a sweet finishing touch.
