Thin Strap Party Dress With Center Flower

A sleeveless dress with two thin straps stands alone on the page, with no person or background around it. The fitted bodice has a sweetheart neckline with a small flower at the center, made of a round middle and a ring of petals. Gathered fabric folds sit on either side of the flower, and one side has a small crisscross pattern. Vertical seam lines run down the corset-style waist to a pointed center. Below that, the big skirt flares out in wide panels and ends in a wavy, scalloped hem with a double edge line. The large skirt sections are easy for small hands to color, and the flower and crisscross patch need a little more care.
