Patrick Star With Wooden Board Nailed to Head

Patrick Star stands in a slouched pose with a rough wooden plank nailed across the top of his pointy head. The board has little grain marks and one nail sticking out of the top. His wide eyes look up with worried eyebrows, and his round belly sticks out over his swim trunks, with a small belly button in the middle.
