Pluto Sitting Cross-Legged With Paws on Chest

Pluto sits upright on the ground with his legs crossed in front of him and both front paws raised against his chest. His mouth is wide open and his long tongue hangs down past a collar around his neck. His big eyes, round black nose, and long floppy ears are drawn with bold outlines, and his thin tail curls up along the left side. Scattered around him are six simple shapes: a triangle, a star, a hexagon, two circles, and a square. Each one has a thick shadow edge on one side. The shapes make this a handy page for early learners. Ask kids to name each shape as they color it, then give every shape type its own color. Crayons or markers both work well on the wide, open areas.
