Curtsying Poison Ivy, a DC Super Hero Girls Coloring Page
Coloring guide
In this page, Poison Ivy from DC Super Hero Girls gently holds out the sides of her flared skirt, as if she's about to curtsy. Her long, wavy hair falls past her shoulders, and a thick side braid is dotted with little leaves. A vine belt circles her waist with a rose at the hip, and curly tendrils and leaves trail down the front of the skirt. Her short-sleeved top has a V-neckline, and the skirt ends in a wavy hem that's fun to color. With no background, you can focus on the details or draw in your own. Soft greens suit the vine and leaves, a bright pink or red works for the rose, and any pretty shade can go on the dress. Download the free PDF for kids and coloring fans of every age. - lavender purple
- chestnut brown
- peach skin
- light pink
- rose pink
- hot pink
A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the skin: color the face, neck, arms and hands with peach skin, leaving the eye whites and lips white.
- 2Fill the whole dress, including the bodice, sleeves and skirt panels, with lavender purple, keeping the white highlight on the skirt side.
- 3Color the long hair, the top curls and the hair bun with chestnut brown, then add the small hair leaves and flower ornaments in white.
- 4Paint the sash around the waist and its loose tail in rose pink and hot pink, and color the lower skirt edge in light pink.
- 5Add the hot pink vine tendrils and leave the rose and vine highlights white against the purple.
- 6Optional: add a slightly darker brown along the hair edges and a little deeper purple in the folds of the skirt for depth.
