Skirt-Holding Princess with Very Long Curls

A young princess stands facing forward in a wide, flowing ball gown, holding out the sides of her skirt with both hands. A small pointed crown sits on top of her head, and her very long hair spills past her shoulders in big wavy curls that swirl out on both sides. She has large eyes, a small smile, and a V-neck bodice with a wide sash at the waist. The sleeves are puffy at the shoulders and fitted at the wrists. The skirt has long fold lines and a layered hem along the bottom, which leaves plenty of open space for color. Try coloring the hair in a bold shade and using two or three tones on the skirt to show where the folds curve.
