Puppies and Kittens Playing with Balls by the Fence

Three puppies and three kittens are huddled together in front of a wooden picket fence. Two golden-looking puppies sit at the left and right with their tongues out, and a floppy-eared puppy peeks out from the middle. One kitten reaches a paw up at the top, one fluffy kitten sits in the center, and a striped tabby lies on its back hugging a ball at the bottom. Balls are drawn all over the page, including a heart-patterned one and a few striped ones with trailing strings that float up like balloons. Three small birds fly across the sky near some puffy clouds. Try giving the tabby bold stripes and filling the heart ball with a different color in every heart. The free printable also works well for a lesson on matching patterns, since the striped balls and the kitten's stripes can share a color scheme.
