Puppy Pilot on a Ricky Zoom Motorcycle and Sidecar
Coloring guide
A smiling puppy wearing a pilot-style helmet and goggles drives a motorcycle over a wooden plank bridge. A smaller puppy in matching goggles grins from the sidecar. The round headlight on the motorcycle has a friendly face, which is a playful touch. Under the bridge, two fish jump out of the water with little splashes. Cattails and tall grasses frame both sides, and rolling hills with bushy trees fill the background. Outlines are bold and clear, and the mix of large and small areas works for beginners and detail lovers alike. A bright red motorcycle, layered blues for the water and orange fish would look nice. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big background: color the sky-blue water under the bridge and the grass and bushes in lime green and forest green, leaving the hills light.
- 2Color the bridge planks and railings in wood tan, and the bridge supports and beams in caramel brown.
- 3Fill the sidecar body and its top in bright red, and the sidecar wheels in charcoal gray with the hubs left light.
- 4Paint the puppy faces and ears in light peach, the rider's shirt in sky blue, and the helmets and goggles in bright red and pale aqua.
- 5Add the motorcycle details: golden yellow on the handlebars and front fender, charcoal gray on the front tire, and warm yellow on the headlight.
- 6Finish the fish in cream yellow, the cattails in caramel brown, and the rocks in warm gray. Optional: add a little darker shading under the bridge and along the tires for depth.
