Happy Birthday Pusheen Wearing a Party Hat Beside Her Cake

A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.

• light gray
• cream
• bright yellow
• soft pink
• sky blue
• bubblegum pink
• pale yellow

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.

1. 1Color the big rounded cat body and the tail in light gray, leaving the eyes and the nose as solid black dots.
2. 2Fill the middle and lower cake layers with cream, and color the rim of the plate underneath in sky blue.
3. 3Color the wavy frosting on the cake top and between the tiers in soft pink, then fill the round beads with bubblegum pink.
4. 4Color the candle in sky blue, the flame above it in bright yellow, and the party hat in pale yellow.
5. 5Color all the stars in bright yellow and keep the background stripes white.
6. 6Optional: add a little shading along the cat's belly and the cake edges with a slightly darker shade of the same color.
