Reindeer Wearing Saddle Blanket in Falling Snow

A single reindeer stands in profile facing left with its head lowered toward the ground. It has large antlers with a few curved branches, a harness around its face and snout, and a long strap running back along its side. A wide blanket or saddle pad sits across its back, held in place by bands with round buckles and edged with a double border. Small oval snowflakes are scattered all around the animal, and short ground lines mark where its hooves meet the snow. The thin tail is visible at the back. Kids could color the blanket in a bright red and green pattern, then leave the snowflakes white and use a pale blue or gray crayon around them to make them stand out. This free printable also works well for a winter talk about how reindeer cope with cold weather.
