Golden Roast Turkey Platter for Thanksgiving with Apples and Figs

A plump roasted turkey is the star here, sitting on a large oval platter with two drumsticks poking up at the back, each with a little bone end. Small dotted lines on the breast and thigh show the roasted skin, and one wing is tucked against its side. The platter is also filled with two apples with leaves and stems, two round dotted fruits, two ribbed fig-like pieces, and big leafy garnishes along the edges. Shapes are large and clean, so small hands can stay inside the lines without much trouble. Golden brown and warm orange suit the turkey, red and green the apples, and deep purple the figs, which makes the whole platter look like a real holiday feast. Print it at home for an easy afternoon activity. More like this: explore the Thanksgiving, New Year and Easter coloring page collections.
