A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with Rocky's fur: fill his face, ears, chest and front legs with caramel brown, and use cream for his muzzle, paws and tail, leaving a little white on the muzzle for a soft look.
- 2Paint his vest, backpack and cap in royal blue, then add navy blue to the cap band and the shaded part under the brim.
- 3Color the bike frame, fork and air pump in bright red, and fill the seat and handlebar grips with sky blue; the handlebar bar itself is medium gray.
- 4Fill the toolbox in bright red with a dark red lower part, and color the tires in charcoal gray and the wrench in light gray.
- 5Add the grass with bright green and the bushes and tree leaves with forest green, keeping the sky and the eye whites white.
- 6Optional: add a little darker shading on the vest folds and the tire edges with a deeper tone of the same color for extra depth.
