- 1Start with the sky blue cloud on the left and leave the cloud on the right white.
- 2Color the big truck body with bright green, then add forest green and medium green to the back panels, top edges and side posts, leaving the recycling logo white.
- 3Fill the grass on both sides with leaf green and the road and curb with light gray, keeping the road markings light gray too.
- 4Color Rocky's fur with light tan on his face, legs and paws, and chocolate brown on his tail, back legs and ears, adding soft pink inside the ears and peach on his muzzle.
- 5Paint Rocky's vest and cap in royal blue, then add golden yellow stripes, the cap brim and the vest badge details, leaving his teeth and eye whites white.
- 6Finish the truck wheels in charcoal gray, the crane arm in golden yellow with silver gray claws, and the rear light in orange. Optional: add a little steel gray shading under the truck and charcoal gray shadows under Rocky's cap to make the scene pop.
