Round Pumpkin With Curly Stem and Large Leaf

A plump, wide pumpkin sits on a simple ground line with a few short strokes of grass or dirt on either side. The pumpkin has smooth vertical ribs, a curved stem on top, and one big ruffled leaf with visible veins draped over its upper left shoulder. Light hatching marks along the sides add a bit of shading and give the shape some roundness. There is no carved face, so it works as a plain harvest pumpkin as well as a Halloween one. The large rib sections are easy for small hands to fill in, while the leaf veins give older kids a chance to practice careful lines.
