Scalloped Lace Heart with Bow and I Love You

A large heart with a scalloped, lace-like edge fills the page, topped with a loopy ribbon bow tied at the center dip. Two thin strings hang down from the knot with a small heart sitting right below it. Around the outer border, a ring of little hearts in different sizes and tilts runs all the way to the bottom point. Inside is a second smaller heart outline, also circled by tiny hearts, and in the middle are the words I LOVE YOU stacked on three lines in hand-drawn block letters.
