Sebastian the Crab in a Santa Hat: Disney Christmas Page
Coloring guide
Sebastian the crab from Disney's The Little Mermaid takes center stage with a big toothy grin and droopy, relaxed eyes. He's wearing a floppy Santa hat, and a spiky, starburst-style pom-pom hangs off to one side. One large claw is raised to his cheek and the other rests low at his side. Four pointed legs spread out under his round body. With no background, the page is clean and easy for little hands to fill in. Try a bright Christmas red hat with a white fuzzy brim and pom-pom, and Sebastian in his classic red-orange. It's a free printable that works for classroom holiday activities, quiet time at home or handmade Christmas cards. Younger kids can handle the large shapes, and older ones can shade the claws and hat fur. Fans of Disney Christmas coloring pages often like Christmas for Kids and Princess Christmas as well.
A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.
- coral red
- pale peach
- golden yellow
- tangerine orange
- leaf green
A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big cream areas: color Sebastian's belly, lower face, neck, and the leg joints in pale peach, leaving the teeth and eye whites white.
- 2Fill the hair on the head and back with golden yellow, using light strokes so the hair looks soft.
- 3Color the claws, arms, and legs in coral red, including the big pincers and the tips of the legs.
- 4Add tangerine orange to the chest, forehead, cheek, and the stripe on the upper arm to give Sebastian his warm glow.
- 5Color the flower center and stem with leaf green, and leave the flower petals white.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker coral red along the edges of the claws and legs to make them look shaded.
