Stern Girl With Wavy Hair and Wand, Harry Potter Page

A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.

• steel blue
• light peach
• warm brown
• dusty rose
• charcoal gray

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.

1. 1Start with the face, neck, and hands in light peach, leaving the eye whites and lip highlights white.
2. 2Fill all the wavy hair, from the top of the head down to the shoulders, in warm brown, leaving the bright streaks and curl highlights white.
3. 3Color the big sweater on the torso and arms in steel blue, keeping the thin edge highlights along the shoulder and left side white.
4. 4Add the dusty rose inner shirt visible in the V-neck opening.
5. 5Color the bottom hem of the sweater with charcoal gray, and keep the background and wand area white.
6. 6Optional: add a few light strokes of a darker shade of the same colors along the hair waves and under the sweater folds for depth.
