A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big purple-blue dress and cape: fill the long skirt and the flowing cape with lavender, and add violet in the shadowy folds near the bottom.
- 2Color the long wavy hair with hot pink on the outer strands and rose pink on the inner strands, leaving a little light pink near the top of the bun and bangs.
- 3Fill the face, hands and legs with soft peach, then add lemon yellow to the thin stripe below the skirt ruffle.
- 4Color the unicorn ears, horn and tiara with golden yellow and lemon yellow, leaving the tiara swirls outlined and white where they catch the light.
- 5Use magenta pink for the cheeks and the small collar details, and add a touch of coral pink to the lower cape edges for a warm finish.
- 6Keep the wings, gloves, bandage, cloud shoes and star highlights white, and add deep purple to the tiny shadow lines if you like. Optional: Add a light shading of violet on the dress folds for depth.
