Wide-Armed Silver Unleashing Psychic Power, Sonic the Hedgehog Page
Coloring guide
Both arms of Silver the Hedgehog are stretched wide with his fingers spread, as if he's about to let loose his psychic powers. His tall, swept-back quills fan out from his head and a fluffy tuft sits on his chest. He wears big chunky boots with straps and bands, and gloves that each have a round ring on the cuff. His eyes are narrowed and focused, and his head tilts forward. The page has no background, leaving all the room for his spiky shape. The big areas like quills, boots and gloves are easy for small hands to fill in. Silvery white or light gray looks right for the fur, with bright aqua on the glove rings and boot details and golden yellow for the eyes. Grab the free printable PDF for an easy afternoon activity. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big body parts: color the quills, head, torso, arms and legs in light gray, leaving the glove fingers and shoe tips white.
- 2Fill the muzzle and the inner ear areas with peach, and shade the chest fur and dark spots in medium gray.
- 3Color the gold cuffs on the wrists and ankles with golden yellow, then add the straps with turquoise.
- 4Use navy blue on the sides of both shoes and the dark shoe details, and dark gray on the soles.
- 5Optional: Add a little extra medium gray shading along the lower edges of the quills and arms for depth.
- 6Finish with turquoise on the glove rings and the strap details, keeping the eye whites, glove centers and shine spots white.
