Simple Christmas Tree with Star and Dotted Garlands

Simple Christmas Tree with Star and Dotted Garlands coloring sheet

Coloring guide

A tall triangular Christmas tree stands on a small rectangular trunk, with a solid black five-pointed star sitting at the very top. Curved lines sweep across the tree like ribbons, and rows of dots follow them to make beaded garlands. Near the top the dots are tiny, while the garland across the lower middle has big oval beads that get larger toward the right side. The bottom of the tree curves slightly and has its own row of small dots just above the edge. The shapes are big and clean, so they work well for younger kids with chunky crayons. Try coloring each band between the garland lines a different shade, then pick one color for all the large beads so children can follow the garland from one side of the tree to the other. This free printable also gives older kids room to add patterns inside each section.
