Simple Duck Standing Sideways With Open Beak

Simple Duck Standing Sideways With Open Beak printable coloring page

Coloring guide

A chubby duck stands in side view with its head turned up and its beak slightly open, as if it is quacking. The outline is thick and clean, with a small oval eye and a tiny nostril dot on the bill. A band circles the neck like a collar, which gives the duck a mallard look. The big oval on the body is a roomy space for a wing or a pattern. A little tail flicks up at the back, and two wide webbed feet point forward below the body. Because the shapes are large and the lines are bold, this one is free to print and works well for toddlers and preschoolers using chunky crayons. Try green for the head and neck, white for the collar, and brown for the body. Then ask your child to count the feet and point out the beak.
