Simple Seven Candle Menorah With Star of David

Coloring guide
A symmetrical menorah fills the page, with seven tall candles standing in a row, each topped with a pointed flame. The center candle is the tallest and sits on a thick central stem. Three curved arms sweep out to the left and three to the right, and each arm ends in a small cup that holds a candle. A six-pointed Star of David with a little hexagon in its middle sits on the stem just below the tallest candle. The stem widens at the bottom into a flat oval base. The outlines are bold and the shapes are large, so younger kids can stay inside the lines without much trouble. Try coloring the flames in warm yellows and oranges, then give each candle its own color so children can count to seven. You could also use blue for the star and a metallic gray or gold for the arms and base. This printable page works well for a holiday table activity or a classroom craft.
