Star Cookie Baking With a Skeleton Chef
Coloring guide
Wearing a tall chef's hat and a tied apron, a smiling cartoon skeleton rolls out cookie dough with a big rolling pin. Several star shapes are already pressed into the dough. Two star cookie cutters sit on the counter at the lower left, a baking tray at the lower right holds a batch of star cookies, and a large mixing bowl rests on the left side of the table. Behind the baker there's a window with a potted plant on the sill, and a wall shelf with a lidded jar and a cup of kitchen utensils. Clean bold outlines and roomy shapes make it friendly for kids who love to color. Sky blue or bright red looks good on the apron, and a golden-brown shade suits the star cookies. It's a free printable. Browse more Skeleton coloring pages, or explore Fairy and Ghost for even more fun.

- 3Paint the window glass pale blue, and color the window frame, shelf, windowsill, rolling pin and wooden spoon warm brown.
- 4Color the dough with golden yellow, then fill the star cookies on the dough and the tray with warm brown, and the golden cookies on the tray with golden yellow.
- 5Color the red bowl and the canister with bright red, the flowerpot with tangerine orange, the plant leaves with leaf green, and the star cutters with lemon yellow or lime green.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker shading on the bones and apron edges to make the drawing feel more dimensional.
