Little Sapling Watering Day With Skye, PAW Patrol
Coloring guide
On all fours, Skye holds a watering can in her mouth and tips it over a young sapling. Drops fall from the spout onto a mound of soil at the bottom of the thin tree, which has a slender trunk, a few branches and plenty of leaves. Skye has her aviator-style goggles on her head, a collar with a round badge and her pup pack, and her tail curls up behind her. Her big eyes and happy face make her easy to spot. The white background leaves room for kids to draw their own grass or sky. Pink works for the collar and badge, warm brown for the soil and fresh green for the leaves. A small preview in the corner shows a colored version. It suits a gardening or Earth Day activity at home or in class, and the large shapes are friendly to crayons. - light peach
- bubblegum pink
- cream
- raspberry pink
- leaf green
- plum berry
- honey tan
A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the watering can: fill its body and spout in sky blue, leaving the little water drops uncolored.
- 2Color the dirt mound and the sapling's base in chocolate brown, then add leaf green to the sapling's leaves.
- 3Fill the puppy's floppy ears, head, body, tail and back leg in caramel brown, keeping the lighter areas for later.
- 4Add raspberry pink to the backpack lid, its band and ring, and the pink harness, then bubblegum pink to the top ear and backpack top.
- 5Fill the cheeks, chest, paws and legs in light peach, and the muzzle and collar area in cream, leaving the eye whites bright.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker brown to the shadowed parts of the body and a touch of honey tan around the eyes for depth.
