Thanksgiving Pie Slice with Whipped Cream and a Fork

Coloring guide
One wedge of pie rests on a round plate with a big swirl of whipped cream on top, and a fork waits on the table in front of it. The crust along the back has a wavy, scalloped edge, and a few small dots on the side of the slice look like bubbles or specks in the filling. Thick outlines and open spaces make this a nice choice for younger kids still working on staying inside the lines. Orange filling turns it into pumpkin pie, golden brown suits the crust, and the whipped cream can stay white or pale cream. It's a free PDF, so it's easy to print for a quiet screen-free stretch at home. This page is part of our Thanksgiving coloring pages collection — check out New Year and Easter too.
A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.
- caramel orange
- sky blue
- golden yellow
- bright blue
- light gray
A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the pie crust edge and the wavy rim along the top with golden yellow.
- 2Fill the pie filling and the top surface of the slice with caramel orange, leaving the small dots as they are.
- 3Color the plate, its outer edge and inner ring, with sky blue.
- 4Paint the fork tines light gray, then color the fork handle bright blue and the collar and stripe sky blue.
- 5Leave the whipped cream white so it looks fluffy, and optionally add a few soft gray lines on its curls.
- 6Optional: add a thin darker orange line where the filling meets the crust to make the slice look more defined.
