Slouching Hoodie Character With Ponytail and Tall Boots

A relaxed, slouching character leans forward with their head resting on one arm, which is draped over a raised knee. The round head has half-closed, slanted eyes and a ponytail with a striped tip sticking out behind. They wear an oversized hoodie with a big folded hood around the neck, ribbed cuffs and a loose hand dangling down. Both legs end in chunky tall boots with thick dark soles, criss-cross laces tied in bows and a small circle-and-cross patch on each ankle. The pose is simple to follow and the outlines are bold, so it works well for younger kids. Try a soft color for the hoodie and a bright contrast for the boot laces, then fill the thick soles with a solid dark shade. This free page also gives a nice chance to practice shading fabric folds.
