Saluting Sailor Uniform Girl with Closed Eyes, Anime Style

A cheerful anime girl leans toward the viewer with one hand raised in a salute. Her eyes are closed in a happy wink-like expression and her mouth is open in a big smile. She has long, flowing hair with wispy bangs, tied up with two large bows, and strands drift out to the side as if caught in a breeze. She wears a sailor-style school uniform with a wide collar, a knotted neckerchief, short puffy sleeves, and a pleated skirt with trim along the hem. Her legs and knee socks are partly visible at the bottom. The clean, bold outlines leave plenty of open space. Try giving the uniform two contrasting colors, like navy for the collar and skirt and a bright shade for the neckerchief, then use soft gradients on the long hair. This free printable also works well for practicing pleats and fabric folds.
