Bow Tie Cat in Romero Britto style Pop Art

Front and center sits a happy cat with closed, curved eyes and a wide smile, wearing a big bow tie with a round knot under its chin. The tail curls up in a loose loop on the right, and scalloped paws spread across the bottom. Thin whiskers fan out from the cheeks and a few more poke up above the head.
